Cake Saracha started with a mistake — a boxed cake that came out dense and sunken in the middle. That curiosity turned into years of testing recipes in a real kitchen until they actually worked for a home baker.

Easy Cake – short ingredient lists, some down to three ingredients, including lemon cake.
Every recipe is tested more than once before it’s published.
Why I Do This
I’m not culinary-school trained — I bake the way most people do, after work, with one bowl I don’t want to wash twice. Every post gives you real measurements and real timing, no vague “bake until done.”
